Node Living Appoints Crimson CoPilots to Accelerate U.S. Growth

Node Living, which operates design-led rental communities across Europe and the Americas, has appointed Crimson CoPilots as its U.S. strategic capital advisor to build its development pipeline and deepen relationships with U.S. developers, family offices, and institutional investors.

The mandate centers on execution. Crimson CoPilots will embed senior operators directly into Node’s U.S. growth effort, with responsibility for identifying and qualifying development partners, structuring partnerships, and advancing opportunities in priority markets. The team will be backed by a coordinated bench across capital, development, and operations.

Node partners with local developers on new development and conversion projects, contributing brand, design, and management capabilities intended to enhance performance from lease-up through exit. It operates communities in London, Dublin, New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto, serving modern renters in the underserved middle between commodity multifamily and short-stay hospitality. While Node is already present in New York and Los Angeles, its recent growth has been concentrated in Europe and Canada. The company now sees compelling opportunities to expand its U.S. footprint.

The engagement extends Crimson CoPilots’ model of embedding senior sector executives at moments of growth, transition, or market change. Node will have dedicated execution leadership backed by the firm’s broader Brain Trust, without the cost or lead time associated with permanent hires.

The engagement will be led by Crimson CoPilots co-founders Dionis Rodriguez and Brett Rubin, together with Senior CoPilot Parker Stanberry, founder and former CEO of Oasis Collections.

Collectively, the team brings experience spanning hotel-to-multifamily conversions, renovations of existing multifamily assets, and development projects with multifamily approvals in place.
